GLP-1 medication support combined with personalized nutrition, coaching, and ongoing monitoring, designed to help you reach your goals safely and confidently.
Who We Help
Our program combines FDA-approved GLP-1 medications with personalized nutrition and behavioral coaching. We see adults 18 and over who have a medical reason to pursue weight loss, have tried and plateaued on other approaches, or want a sustainable, monitored program led by a clinician rather than an app.
Stubborn Weight That Will Not Budge. Diet and exercise alone have not worked. You want evidence-based medical support without stigma or judgment.
Metabolic Concerns. Prediabetes, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, fatty liver, or PCOS that benefits from supported weight reduction.
Hormone & Life-Stage Shifts. Perimenopause, postpartum, thyroid changes, or medications that made weight gain sudden and hard to reverse.
GLP-1 Plateau. You started Zepbound, Wegovy, or similar elsewhere and stalled. We evaluate dosing, nutrition, sleep, and stress to find what is holding progress back.
Clinician-Led Program. You want real medical oversight, labs, and prior authorization help, not an anonymous telehealth app that disappears after checkout.
Sustainable Results. You are ready for a program that treats lifelong health, not a 3-month crash. We build habits alongside the medication.
Zepbound, Wegovy (injection and pill), and Foundayo prescribed when medically appropriate, based on eligibility including BMI, medical history, and lab review.
Guidance focused on building lifelong health, not quick fixes. That includes goal-setting, behavioral support, and strategies for maintaining results long after medication.
Follow-ups provided in a secure, convenient patient portal, allowing you to check in without needing frequent live video visits.
Lab work as clinically indicated (often billable to insurance), and assistance with prior authorization when your insurance requires it for medication coverage.
Review your history, medication eligibility, and create a personalized plan. Available via telehealth for patients in any of our 16 licensed states.
Monthly telehealth follow-ups through secure messaging with symptom updates, progress check-ins, and dose adjustments as needed.
We assist with prior authorization when required. Patients remain responsible for out-of-pocket medication costs, and we are transparent about pricing upfront.
GLP-1 medications are powerful, but they are not the whole answer. Long-term weight management comes from combining the medication with habits that outlast it: nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement pieces that most quick-ship telehealth programs leave out.
Because we are also a Family Nurse Practitioner practice, we look at weight in context. Your thyroid, hormones, sleep, mood, and medications all influence metabolism. That integrated lens often explains why weight has been hard to shift and what will actually work for your body.
We serve patients in Omaha, Papillion, Bellevue, Elkhorn, Gretna, and 16 states total via telehealth. Whether you want in-person care or the convenience of messaging-based follow-ups, the program adapts to you.
FDA-approved medications, clinically supported dosing, and protocols rooted in current weight-management research.
$60 initial, $60 per refill (typically monthly). Medication costs shown upfront. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
A board-certified APRN reviews every case. No anonymous algorithms. Real medical oversight and accountability.
We focus on habits that stay with you after medication ends, so the results stay with you too.
Medication costs are billed separately by the pharmacy. Eligibility is based on BMI, medical history, and lab review.
For doses 7.5 mg and higher, prescriptions must be filled approximately every 45 days to maintain program pricing.
Payment is due at time of service. Cancellation requires 14 days written notice; after the 1st of the month or after a prescription has been written for that month, cancellation applies to the next cycle.
Yes, we care about your whole health.
During a weight-management visit, we may discuss mood, sleep, hormones, and metabolic health if they affect your weight or energy. Many people find their weight loss accelerates once these connected pieces are addressed too. Read more about the connection between mental health and weight loss.
However, medical treatment, prescriptions, or dose changes for mental health or hormone therapy must be handled through a separate dedicated visit, since those services are billed and scoped differently. We can coordinate care across visits if needed.
GLP-1 medications are powerful and require proper medical oversight. Lab work may be required depending on your medical history, current medications, and risk factors. Many labs are eligible for insurance submission.
Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate, and we do not continue prescriptions outside our clinical judgment or scope. We are transparent about who benefits from GLP-1 therapy and who may be better served by a different approach.
