Four actives in one formula: caffeine, niacinamide, vitamin C, and low-dose estriol. Targets puffiness, tone, fine lines, and elasticity. Prescription-strength only available through compounding.
The Difference
$50 consult + ~$70 pharmacy = ~$120 one-time for a 15g pump. Most patients reorder every 3–4 months. We charge once, the pharmacy fills once, and you reorder on your schedule.
Typical online prescription eye-cream services run $30–$60 per month on auto-refill, totaling $360–$700 per year.
Range reflects common direct-to-consumer pricing for comparable services as of 2026.
What It Does
The under-eye area has thinner skin and fewer oil glands than the rest of your face, making it uniquely prone to puffiness, darkness, and early fine lines. Most drugstore eye creams use low-potency ingredients that barely penetrate. Our compounded formula combines four prescription-strength actives that address the four main concerns at once.
Puffiness & Bags. Caffeine reduces fluid retention and supports appearance of less puffiness, particularly in the morning.
Dark Circles & Tone. Niacinamide and vitamin C even tone and brighten over time. Not an instant fix, but meaningful over weeks.
Fine Lines & Elasticity. Estriol supports dermal thickness and elasticity around the eyes, where skin is thinnest.
Barrier Strength. Niacinamide supports the skin barrier, reducing irritation and improving overall resilience.
Vasoconstrictive and anti-inflammatory. Reduces the appearance of puffiness and refreshes tired-looking eyes.
Strengthens skin barrier, evens tone, and reduces appearance of pigmentation.
Antioxidant brightening. Protects against environmental damage that accelerates under-eye darkening.
Low-dose estriol supports elasticity and firmness as hormone levels decline. Key for menopausal eye-area aging.
Size: 15g container with one refill. Typically lasts 4–6 weeks with daily use.
Secure questionnaire covering medical and skin history. 5–10 minutes.
Licensed clinician reviews your request. Typically 1–2 business days.
Sent to the compounding pharmacy. You pay the pharmacy (~$70) separately from our $50 service fee.
This eye cream is custom-compounded by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared based on individual prescriptions and clinical judgment; they are not FDA-approved as commercial products.
Contains low-dose topical estriol. Not prescribed during pregnancy, breastfeeding, active estrogen-sensitive cancer treatment, or to patients under 18. Avoid contact directly with the eye itself.
