12-Month Annual Prescription

A real clinician. Not an algorithm.

$50 one-time clinical fee. Your prescription includes 11 refills for 12 months of compounded prescription eye cream. Evaluated and prescribed by Kim Wohlwend, MSN, APRN — dual ANCC board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

The periocular area is delicate, and prescription formulations applied near the eye require real clinical judgment. Many online services use chatbot intake and template prescribing. We review your skin history, current skincare routine, and goals individually, and remain available through the patient portal during the year.

What It Does

Four active ingredients targeting four under-eye concerns.

The under-eye area has thinner skin and fewer oil glands than the rest of your face, making it uniquely prone to puffiness, darkness, and early fine lines. Most drugstore eye creams use low-potency ingredients that barely penetrate. Our compounded formula combines four prescription-strength actives that address the four main concerns at once.

Puffiness & Bags. Caffeine reduces fluid retention and supports appearance of less puffiness, particularly in the morning.

Dark Circles & Tone. Niacinamide and vitamin C even tone and brighten over time. Not an instant fix, but meaningful over weeks.

Fine Lines & Elasticity. Estriol supports dermal thickness and elasticity around the eyes, where skin is thinnest.

Barrier Strength. Niacinamide supports the skin barrier, reducing irritation and improving overall resilience.
