Weight Loss Subscription — $99/month
Here’s what your monthly subscription includes:

✅ Initial Telehealth Video Visit
Your journey begins with a comprehensive video consultation with your nurse practitioner to review your health history, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan.

✅ Ongoing Check-Ins
Follow-up visits are convenient, flexible, and completed through secure, asynchronous (async) check-ins. Share updates on your progress whenever it works for you, and your provider will review and adjust your plan as needed.

✅ Unlimited Messaging
Stay connected through our secure patient portal. You can message your provider with questions or concerns anytime.

✅ Medication Management
We prescribe evidence-based medications, including GLP-1s like Zepbound® and Wegovy®, as well as Contrave®. Medications are billed separately through your pharmacy and are not included in your subscription.

✅ Insurance Prior Authorizations
If your insurance covers your weight loss medication, we’ll handle the prior authorization process for you.
