We use evidence-based GLP-1 medications (Zepbound, Wegovy) alongside personalized nutrition and behavior support to help you reach your goals. Our program is designed to not only help you lose weight but also improve energy, confidence, and long-term wellness. Eligibility for GLP-1 medication is determined by medical criteria such as BMI, comorbidities, and lab results. If you do not meet medical requirements, we will discuss alternative treatment options. We currently provide weight management services via Telehealth to patients in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, Arizona, Illinois, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Kentucky, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont,New Hampshire and Maine.

 

What to Expect

First Visit ($79): A comprehensive consultation to review your health history, lab work (only if needed), weight-loss goals, and medication options. This visit ensures you qualify safely for treatment and have a personalized plan in place.

Ongoing Care ($79 per month): Follow-up is provided asynchronously, meaning you can securely check in with your provider through our patient portal without needing a live appointment every time. This allows for flexible, timely adjustments to your care while maintaining close support. You’ll have ongoing access to your provider through secure portal messaging. This allows you to ask questions, request adjustments, and receive timely guidance between visits. Most messages are answered within 1–2 business days.

Medication Coverage

The cost of medications is not included in the monthly program fee. If prior authorization is required, we will complete the necessary paperwork to support insurance coverage whenever possible. Patients remain responsible for any out-of-pocket medication costs.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice by email to cancellations@midwestmindandbodyhealthcare.com. Because memberships are billed on the 1st of each month, cancellations received after the 1st will apply to the next billing cycle. Membership fees are non-refundable and partial or prorated refunds are not provided.
